Encourage Software stands behind the quality of the EasyChild software and customer service no matter where you purchase it. If you purchase software from a retail store then you are subject to the return policy of the store where purchased. Due to standard retail store policies most stores today do not allow software returns.

Encourage Software can only extend a money back guarantee, if software has been purchased directly from the Encourage Store.

If you wish to return a product or need to replace a defective cd rom, please contact customer service for the proper procedure. 858-345-4154, 9am-5pm, monday-friday, PST

Warning!        To assure quality of service to customers, all returned product become disabled based on the authorized serial number and will no longer function. We apologize but disabled products will automatically shutdown and could result in data loss.
